We begin with synchronizing all your device together for seamless access to your most important accounts, pictures, and documents.  We sit down with you and organize your email & service accounts keeping you in control of your privacy. When we connect your email & service accounts across all your smart devices you can automatically save passwords, calendar events, pictures, videos, and anything else you need easy and secure access to. Once you save information to a count on one device it is automatically saved on all the device that your accounts are saved on. By synchronizing your tablet or smartphone you unlock the simplicity of your device. You allow your family to access and share moments through your smartphone. Your Tech will service you as you’re at-home cellphone user representative while you continue your day in the comfort of your home not a crowded store.

TRANSFER

Next, your tech will begin the transfer process of your service. We use the same transfer technology used by major cellphone carriers to securely transfer all contents not saved in your syncable accounts, or just documents left in older phones unable to be transferred to accounts. This process is quick and efficient allowing you to build a full unlimited library of all media from all your device’s including laptops and digital cameras. From your smart device, you can organize and print your most precious moments from the past and present. We will transfer your videos and pictures, naming, and organizing them with you in control. Many users lose pictures and videos from older device because cellphone stores exist to sale to you, not to ensure that you are able to access all your devices features.

CONNECT

Connecting to your home Wi-Fi, smart TV, or a google Chromecast cable casting system can be impossible. Consistently devices are sold to users who are unable to connect their home networks or other home devices to enjoy the reliability promised. When you buy a smart device, and walk out of the store, a small sheet of paper if the only assistance.  Many times, this small manual is missing crucial information to help users easily connect and start enjoying. Our service tech will assist in connecting every device you have for an ultimate user experience.

 

We connect your smart device to your home Wi-Fi securely, having you enter all password information, never giving us any private information. We insure all network connections are working with your home and device. If your device can’t be connected to Wi-Fi we will troubleshoot your network, and suggest in home tools proved by your carrier for in store pick up or sent by mail to your home. We use that technology to improve your ability to get a Wi-Fi connection.
